A word from BlueShoe Nashville about the new experience expected for CMA Fest 2027

The nightly concerts of CMA Fest will be held in a brand new venue in June 2027—the new Nissan Stadium on the east bank of the Cumberland River. The structure will be completely enclosed by a translucent roof and have climate-control (meaning we'll all stay cool next June, at least at night). Stellar upgrades include nearly double the number of restrooms, checkout free concessions, expansive patio spaces with panoramic views of the Nashville skyline, and seating that offers the closest viewing experience of any NFL stadium in the country —with seats that are 38% closer to the field than the current Nissan Stadium.

The traditional 5-night package (June 9-14, 2027) is the primary package offered by BlueShoe and it's a "classic" for a reason: over the years we have learned that most people prefer to be in place by Wednesday of CMA Fest week—to take advantage of special non-Festival events being held that day and to be ready to hit the ground running the next morning when the Festival officially kicks off. The final concert finishes up Sunday night around midnight at Nissan Stadium and departure from your hotel is Monday, June 14, 2027. The Classic Package is available at The Hermitage Hotel, Hyatt Centric Downtown, the Embassy Suites Downtown, and the Courtyard Marriott Downtown.

For those whose schedules don't permit an extended leave from work or family commitments, we offer the BlueShoe "Expresso" package. An abbreviated hotel stay of four nights, with arrival on Thursday, June 10, 2027 & departure on Monday, June 14, 2027 covers all four nights of concerts at Nissan Stadium. The added bonus: a shorter hotel stay means these packages are more economical than The Classic package. Briefer, yes, but equally intense, "The Expresso Four-Nighter" is available through BlueShoe Nashville for Home2 Suites, Tru by Hilton, and the Courtyard Marriott.

Close walk to everything, everyone was so nice from the guys at the front door to the people behind the counter. Our room wasn't ready so we were going to go to a friend's room until it was. The manager rode up to the 7th floor to personally hand us our key and to tell us our room was ready. Hotel was clean and nice.
Cleaning services were great, room was awesome, staff were great as well. Location was great in relation to all that was going on as well as options to get out of the crowds, places to eat for example.

We don't yet have any reviews from BlueShoe clients since 2027 will be the first year we will partner with Embassy Suites. But we always test our hotels before partnering with them and our beta tester just completed her site visit on August 10. The Embassy passed with flying colors. Here is part of her report about her overnight stay:

I experienced a "Wow" factor upon walking into this property. The hotel is modern, upscale, and designed with the comfort of the guests in mind. I especially enjoyed the stunning rooftop views of the Nashville skyline.
Amazing location just across the street from the Music City Center (where Fan Fair X is located)! Easy walking to Broadway and Riverfront stage and the pedestrian bridge for going to Nissan Stadium.
The complimentary daily happy hour and snacks were great. I can imagine some festivalgoers making a light supper from the snacks (tortilla chips and dips, fresh fruit, and cheese) before going to Nissan Stadium for the nightly concerts. Two complimentary alcoholic beverages were also included per person.
The made-to-order omelettes were a wonderful addition to the complimentary breakfast.
The spacious suite rooms made for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated having the sofa for extra sitting space. The double queen suites (where I stayed) feature a living room/kitchen area and a separate bedroom with the two beds, a well-lit vanity mirror outside of the bathroom, and two TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). The king suites (which I toured) feature an open concept space with one king bed and a sofa. Both the double queen and king studio suites feature a kitchen area with a wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. I was impressed with the spaciousness of both types of suites.
