The Hampton Capitol View is a new hotel that opened its doors for the first time in the summer of 2020. For those who can't devote five days and five nights to coming to Nashville, the downtown Courtyard Marriott is a wonderful choice because in addition to our standard five-night package, an option is offered at the Courtyard for a four-night stay. You arrive on the first day of the Festival (Thursday, June 8, 2023) and depart on Monday, June 12, 2023). The Courtyard is located on the corner of Church and Fourth Avenue N—just a block from the Ryman Auditorium and two blocks from Lower Broadway. The Courtyard's location puts you right smack in the middle of the action—within walking distance of the various Festival venues. If you would like to experience the CMA Fest in the most immediate and exhilarating way, the Courtyard Marriott Downtown is a superb choice.
Easiest Walking Distance to CMA Venues: Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown

With the Hampton Inn downtown Nashville you'll enjoy the easiest walking distance to the music venues of any of our hotels. Located on 4th Ave South just a block from the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Music City Center (site of the Fan Fair Exhibition Hall and the photo/autograph sessions), you'll also be within a short distance to the music venues of the Festival— Riverfront Stage, Ascend Amphitheatre, and Nissan Stadium. Complimentary breakfast each morning is included in your package. The staff at the Hampton Inn downtown go out of their way to welcome Festival guests with all sorts of surprise amenities: in the past they've had housekeeping deliver special gifts to the rooms, they've hired bands to perform live music in the lobby during breakfast, and they've put out hot snacks in the afternoon.
