CMA Fest 2024 Packages Terms & Conditions

Festival Cancellation Contingency: If the Country Music Association cancels the 2024 CMA Fest due to the Covid-19 pandemic or any other cause, we will notify you and give you a choice of transferring whatever monies you have paid for your 2024 package to the following year (the 2025 CMA Fest), thereby reserving your package as is. Or you may request and will receive a full refund for any deposits and final payments you have already made to BlueShoe Nashville. If you request a refund, your seats and room will be released and not held for you for the following year’s CMA Fest

Please note that most of our ticket/hotel packages for the 2024 CMA Fest are for five nights hotel lodging, with arrival on Wed., June 5, 2024 and checkout on Monday, June 10, 2024. We do offer three different 4-night hotel packages (June 6-10, 2024) at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown, the Hampton Inn Capitol View and Tru by Hilton. The Courtyard Marriott also has a 5-night option. Additional nights, based on hotel availability, may be added through the particular hotel, with cost varying by the different facility. With certain hotels, a promotional code from BlueShoe Nashville will enable you to access a discounted rate for additional nights. Tax is included in all our package prices. Tickets are part of a hotel/ticket package and cannot be sold separately or claimed apart from the complete hotel/ticket package.

 

What's included in your package

All 2024 CMA Fest BlueShoe/Nashville Packages feature the following:

 

1) Four or five nights hotel lodging (depending on package chosen) with arrival on either June 5, 2024 or June 6, 2024 and checkout on June 10, 2024. All taxes and fees are included in prices.

 

2) CMA Fest 2024 four-day passes for the June 6-9, 2024 event. Your passes cover the daytime concerts at Riverfront and the nighttime concerts at Nissan Stadium, as well as the other activities and services listed as part of the 4-day pass on the official CMA Fest's web site (www.cmafest.com). Your tickets are for specific seats at Nissan Stadium for all four nights of the concerts.

 

3) Ticket delivery: your CMA Fest passes will be sent to you via email through a Ticketmaster transfer from BlueShoe in May 2024 (after BlueShoe receives its inventory from the CMA). No hard tickets will be issued. All CMA Fest passes for 2024, per the CMA, will be mobile and require the use of a smartphone to access and display.

 

4) Where specified, breakfast at the hotel is included in your package price (breakfast is included at the Hampton Inn Downtown, Home2 Suites downtown,  Tru by Hilton downtown, and the Hampton Inn Capitol View. A continental breakfast is also offered to our BlucShoe clients at the Courtyard Marriott downtown.

Exclusions: You are purchasing a hotel lodging/ticket package only. No transportation, meals (unless specified), gratuities, parking fees, room service, or hotel incidentals are included in your package. You are responsible for all additional purchases and charges apart from your specified hotel/ticket package. Please note that parking at the hotels (Courtyard, Home2 Suites, Tru by Hilton, Hampton Inn Downtown, The Hermitage Hotel,  & the Hampton Inn Capitol View) is additional and not included in your package. If you park your vehicle at one of these hotels, you will be charged directly by the hotel. Parking discounts for BlueShoe clients may be offered; please inquire about rates at particular hotels.

Hotel confirmations: your hotel confirmation, along with more information regarding your hotel and Nashville will be sent to clients via email by May 2023.

 

Seat Assignment: Seat assignments are based on the level or section of ticket purchased (Club 200 Level, Lower 100 Level, or Floor Level). Your precise seat location will be specified in your booking agreement. Depending on the location of your seats, there may be an upgrade fee: $100 per person for Club Level and $50 per person for rows A-R in the Lower 100 Level. Because of the number of varying prices on the floor, you will need to contact BlueShoe to inquire about seating prices in those areas.

Room type requests: specific room types will be submitted to the hotel based on what is listed in your BlueShoe Nashville booking agreement. Please note that many of the hotels represented by BlueShoe Nashville are entirely nonsmoking facilities. You will be charged a substantial cleaning fee if you smoke in a designated non-smoking room. You will be responsible for payment directly to the hotel for any such fee.

 

CMA Fest ticket policy: These terms are specified by the Country Music Association and apply to all ticket purchasers. By purchasing a ticket to the CMA Fest, you agree that you will comply with all of the terms and conditions specified for each ticket you purchase or order. Due to unexpected production changes, it may be necessary for the CMA to relocate tickets to a different section. Last-minute production adjustments may also partially obstruct the view from some seats. The CMA Fest is rain or shine.

If you are ready to purchase, we will draft a booking agreement for your particular package and send it to you for review and signing through DocuSign.

Deposits/Final Payments

At the time of your booking (when you return your BlueShoe Nashville booking agreement), a nonrefundable deposit of $600 USD per person for non-Floor Level seats and $750 USD for Floor Level seats will be due. The balance of the package cost will be due in Spring 2024 (Feb. 1, 2024 for The Hermitage Hotel and March 1, 2024 for the Hampton Capitol View, Courtyard Marriott Downtown, Hampton Inn Downtown, and Home2 Suites Downtown & Tru by Hilton downtown). After the final deadlines, all monies collected are non-refundable. We encourage clients to purchase trip cancellation insurance from an independent carrier in order to protect yourself in case your plans change or it becomes impossible for you to travel.

Payment Methods Accepted

These are the methods by which you can book and pay your deposit and final payments for your CMA Fest  Hotel/Ticket packages:

• Bank Transfer

Although in the past we accepted the full range of credit cards, we no longer accept Mastercard, Visa, or Discover because we are unable to receive a full refund from these cards in the instance that the CMA Fest is cancelled due to the pandemic or any other cause. American Express is the only card company that will refund their merchant fees to BlueShoe Nashville so that we, in turn, can refund our clients in full. We apologize for any difficulty this may cause our BlueShoe clients.  If it does pose a problem for you, please let us know and we can discuss options.
