Festival Cancellation Contingency
If the Country Music Association cancels the 2022 CMA Music Festival due to the Covid-19 pandemic or some other cause, we will notify you and give you a choice of transferring whatever monies you have paid for your 2022 package to the following year (the 2023 CMA Music Festival), thereby reserving your package as is. Or you may request and will receive a full refund for any deposits and final payments you have already made to BlueShoe Nashville. If you request a refund, your seats and room will be released and not held for you for the following year’s CMA Music Festival.

Although in the past we accepted the full range of credit cards, we no longer accept Mastercard, Visa, or Discover because we are unable to receive a full refund from these cards in the instance that the CMA Music Festival is cancelled due to the pandemic. American Express is the only card company that will refund their merchant fees to BlueShoe Nashville so that we, in turn, can refund our clients in full. We apologize for any difficulty this may cause our BlueShoe clients. If it does pose a problem for you, please let us know and we can discuss options.
