About our BlueShoe Nashville packages

All of our hotel/tickets packages, with the exception of two are for five nights lodging, with arrival on Wed., June 7, 2024 and departure on Mon., June 12, 2023.  The CMA Music Festival dates are Thursday, June 8, 2023 through the evening of Sunday, June 11, 2023.

 

We have found over the years that nearly all of our BlueShoe clients prefer a minimum of five nights (most want to be in place and ready to go when the live performances begin Thursday morning at Riverfront Stage). In addition, there's a lot happening in Nashville (such as Marty Stuart's Late Night Jam at the Ryman) on the Wednesday before the Festival officially opens Thursday morning. Many people plan on attending these early events and they have to be in place in Nashville by Wednesday in order to do so. Hence, the demand for five-night packages. However, some people because of work or other issues, can't manage that long of a stay. And that is why we do offer both a four-night package (with arrival on Thurs., June 8, 2023 and checkout on Mon., June 12, 2023) and the traditional 5-night package at the downtown Courtyard Marriott. We also offer a 4-night package at the Hampton Inn Capitol View. All of our other packages are for 5 nights (June 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 2023). Package descriptions and prices are provided below. Hampton Inn Capitol View 4-Night 2023 CMA Fest Packages

530 11th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203 Nashville, TN 37203 (located just a little over 1 mile (1.6 KM) from downtown & the Festival venues). This is a new property that opened in 2020. Four-night CMA Music Festival 2023 packages feature complimentary breakfast, and Lower Level seating in Section 134 (these are on the west side of Nissan Stadium and in the shade in the early evening). Packages are for arrival on Thurs., June 8, 2023 and checkout on Mon., June12, 2023. Tax is included in all prices.

One of our most popular (and most economical) offerings, The Hampton Inn Vanderbilt CMA Festival 2022 package is located in the fashionable midtown area of Nashville near Vanderbilt University. It's approximately 1.25 miles from the music venues downtown and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. And it's the only hotel in our lineup that provides complimentary parking (for BlueShoe clients only). Breakfast and a beautiful outdoor pool complete the charm of this wonderful property. Your CMA Music Festival seats will be in the Premium Lower Level Section 133, 134, 112, or 113 with the option to upgrade to floor level.

Enjoy one of Nashville's newest hotels in a great location. At the Home2 Suites, you'll be in the SoBro district of downtown Nashville and within walking distance of the music venues of the CMA Music Festival. Packages feature seats in Sections 134 or 135 at Nissan Stadium. We favor these sections because they are on the west side of the Coliseum and in the shade in the early evening (you won't have the sun going down in your eyes).
