About our BlueShoe Nashville packages

All of our hotel/ticket packages, with the exception of two are for five nights lodging, with arrival on Wed., June 5, 2024 and departure on Mon., June 10, 2024.  The CMA Fest dates are Thursday, June 6, 2024 through the evening of Sunday, June 9, 2024.

 

We have found over the years that nearly all of our BlueShoe clients prefer a minimum of five nights (most want to be in place and ready to go when the live performances begin Thursday morning at Riverfront Stage). In addition, there's a lot happening in Nashville (such as Marty Stuart's Late Night Jam at the Ryman) on the Wednesday before the Festival officially opens Thursday morning. Many people plan on attending these early events and they have to be in place in Nashville by Wednesday in order to do so. Hence, the demand for five-night packages. However, some people because of work or other issues, can't manage that long of a stay. And that is why we do offer both a four-night package (with arrival on Thurs., June 6, 2024 and checkout on Mon., June 10, 2024) and the traditional 5-night package at the downtown Courtyard Marriott. We also offer a 4-night package at the Hampton Inn Capitol View. All of our other packages are for 5 nights (June 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 2024). Package descriptions and prices are provided above.
