July 1, 2011: Inventory alert! We have one two-person and one four-person ticket/hotel package remaining for tomorrow's big U2 concert at Vanderbilt Stadium. Tickets will be waiting for you at checkin at the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt.
June 29, 2011: The Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt will be offering shuttle service from the hotel to Vanderbilt Stadium from 6 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 2. The Stadium is located a little over a mile from the Guesthouse. BlueShoe's one night ticket/hotel packages begin at $219 per person, based on double occupancy. June 29, 2011: Vanderbilt University has posted a FAQ about the concert on their website. It's full of helpful information, including suggestions about parking and when the stadium will open.

June 25, 2011: Seven days and counting until U2 plays Nashville. Vanderbilt Stadium is showing signs of preparations, including the presence of cranes and booms. Walking around the stadium today, we were struck with how much smaller it is than LP Field (the site of the CMA Music Festival). We took photos from Sections H, O, U, B, and D to create a Virtual Tour of Vanderbilt Stadium. You can click on one of these sections and a photo will launch to show you the perspective toward the stage (which is not yet built). The photos, however, should give you a sense of how close you'll be to the performance.

June 24, 2011: One-night ticket/hotel packages are now available for the soldout Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt hotel and the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt. Both hotels are in the fashionable midtown area of Nashville, located about 1.25 miles from the concert venue at Vanderbilt Stadium.
June 19, 2011: For the first time in 29 years, U2 will perform in Nashville, Tennessee— returning to Vanderbilt Stadium where they last performed in December 1982. BlueShoe's hotel/ticket packages offer one night hotel lodging (July 2) and seats in Sections H or O, with an option to upgrade to Sections B, D, or U. See seating diagram below.
