Steps for booking a CMA Music Festival Fan Fair 2010 Package
IMPORTANT BOOKING AND CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL 2010 TICKET INFORMATION:
Your CMA Music Festival 2010 4-day passes, program, and CMA goodies bags will be waiting for you upon checkin at your hotel.
For Booking Online (Lower Level and Floor Level Seating)
When you book online, a receipt will be sent to your email for your nonrefundable deposit ($200.00 per person). BlueShoe Nashville will follow-up (usually within 48 hours excluding weekends) with a formal booking agreement sent to your email address that will show your package details, including the precise location of your seats at LP Field for the four nights of the Festival, and any additional nights you have requested, or other add-ons, such as parking pass.
You will need to print the agreement, complete any required information regarding the final payment for the balance, and return to BlueShoe via mail or fax. Your package purchase is not complete until the signed booking agreement has been returned to BlueShoe Nashville and your package has been paid in full. A confirmation receipt will be sent to you when BlueShoe receives the signed agreement.
In May 2010, BlueShoe will send you a hotel confirmation number, along with detailed information concerning your hotel and the Festival.
Booking a Gold Circle Package
Please call 615-383-3012 or toll free at 877-201-7663 for information and to book a Gold Circle 5-night package. Limited availabiliy. Gold Circle packages are restricted to 2 seats per package. A nonrefundable deposit of $325.00 USD per person is due at the time of booking. Balance of the package is due by March 1, 2010.
CMA Music Festival 2010 Dates
Please note that you may add extra nights to your package. If you do so, the modified arrival/checkout dates will be indicated in the booking agreement BlueShoe Nashville will send to you after your online order has been received. The following schedule is for the standard five-night package:
Wed., June 9, 2010: Arrival and checkin at hotel. Kickoff parade and block party scheduled in downtown Nashville on Lower Broadway.
Thursday, June 10 to Sunday, June 13, 2010: CMA Music Festival 2010
Monday, June 14, 2010: Checkout and departure from hotel
How to Book Onlne
1. If you have questions, please call 615-383-3012 for information about hotels and tickets featured in our package.
2. Go to our CMA Music Festival 2010 Package Prices page to see a list of all the packages featured. Select the hotel you would like and click on the blue BOOK NOW button.
3. Follow the directions for booking by number of people and level of ticket. For example, you may choose to book at the Hermitage Hotel for two people with lower level seats. If you would like floor level seats, you will need to check the box for upgrading to floor level. A nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 per person will be charged to your credit card at the time of the online booking.
4. BlueShoe Nashville will subsequently follow-up with a booking agreement to indicate the details of your package, including the number in your party and any optional add-ons such as additional nights or parking passes. The agreement will be sent to you (usually within 48 hours, excluding weekends) for your review and signature.
5.Print the booking agreement, review, complete with the necessary information, and sign. Return the signed agreement to BlueShoe Nashville via fax or mail. In order to confirm your travel package, a signed copy of our booking agreement must be received by BlueShoe, along with the $200 per person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit charged at the time of your online booking.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the balance of your package price is due by March 1, 2010. [Note: for packages with rooms at the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt, Embassy Suites Opryland/Airport, and the Baymont Inn West, the deadline is March 15, 2010.] You have until March 1, 2010 (March 15, 2010 for Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt, Embassy Suites Opryland/Airport, and the Baymont Inn West,) to cancel this agreement; cancellation by that date will result in a refund of the total amount paid to date minus the nonrefundable deposit ($200 per person). After March 1, 2010 (March 15, 2010 for the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt, Embassy Suites Opryland/Airport, and the Baymont Inn West,), the entire cost of the package is nonrefundable and all monies collected are nonrefundable. BlueShoe Nashville recommends you consider purchasing independent traveler’s cancellation insurance from an outside vendor if you believe your travel plans may change. FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE ON OR BEFORE MARCH 1, 2010 (MARCH 15, 2010 for the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt, Embassy Suites Opryland/Airport, and the Baymont Inn West,). TICKETS WILL BE RELEASED IF FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THIS DATE.
7. In the event that the credit card provided or Customer’s other form of payment is declined and full payment has not been made by March 1, 2010 (March 15, 2010 for the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt, Embassy Suites Opryland/Airport, and the Baymont Inn West), then Customer’s deposit is forfeited. The package purchased herein will revert to BlueShoe Nashville on such date. It is Customer’s responsibility to make certain that the form of payment provided is valid and not subject to an exceeded credit limit or expiration date.
8. Your CMA ticket passes will be waiting for you upon check-in at your hotel and will be released to you upon your signature of receipt.

LIABILITY: In no event shall BlueShoe Nashville be responsible for any damages arising by reason of Customer’s purchase or use of services, lodging, or attractions from BlueShoe Nashville or its affiliates. In all instances, BlueShoe Nashville’s maximum aggregate liability to Customer arising by reason of this transaction shall be the amount paid by Customer to BlueShoe Nashville.
