CMA Music Festival Fan Fair 2006
Riverfront Park Daytime Concerts

Riverfront Park in downtown Nashville runs along First Avenue and intersects with Lower Broad. This area, along with the historic Second Avenue, is known as "The District." Here you'll find Nashville's famous row of honkytonks, including Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Legends, and Robert's Western Wear. Along Second Avenue, you'll see the Hard Rock Cafe (see the red guitar in the photo below), the Wild Horse Saloon, and Dangerous Threads. Riverfront Park borders the Cumberland River and looks across the water to the Tennessee Titans' NFL Coliseum (where the nightly concerts are held). You can see the end of Second Avenue in the photo below and the Coliseum rising in the background. A pedestrian bridge connects the west bank of the Cumberland to the east and throngs of CMA Music Festival goers use the bridge to make their way to the Coliseum. The CMA shuttle service will also take those who don't care to walk across the river and bring them back to downtown after the concerts.
