BlueShoe's Best of Nashville Grand Ole Opry Packages feature two nights hotel, Gold Circle tickets to the Grand Ole Opry (based on availability), and all applicable taxes. Additional nights may be added, based on availability. Gold Circle tickets are in great demand and may not be available for certain peak demand performances; we will contact you if Gold Circle seats are not available for your desired date and discuss best available seating. You will have an opportunity to cancel your package for a full refund if Gold Circle seating is not available.
Booking Online: When you book online, a receipt for payment and booking confirmation will be sent to your email for your package purchase. BlueShoe Nashville will follow-up (usually within 48 hours excluding weekends) with a formal booking confirmation sent to your email address. The booking confirmation will show your package details, including hotel information, the location of your Grand Ole Opry tickets, and any additional nights you have requested, or other add-ons, such as tickets to the Country Music Hall of Fame. All package prices are per person, based on the number of people in a room. Tax is included in price.
You will need to print the agreement, review, sign, and return to BlueShoe via mail or fax. Your package purchase is not complete until the signed booking agreement has been returned to BlueShoe Nashville and your package has been paid in full. An acknowledgment receipt will be sent to you when BlueShoe receives the signed agreement.
Hotel and Event Availability: Lodging, show, attraction, and other reservations are subject to availability. If there is no availability at the hotel for your specified date or if the level of ticket you purchased (for example, Gold Circle) is not available for the performance date during your stay, BlueShoe Nashville will contact you. Under such circumstances of nonavailability of either hotel or event tickets, a full refund of the package price will be issued by BlueShoe Nashville to the purchaser.
Special requests regarding your hotel stay, such as room type, cannot be guaranteed. Please note that many of the hotels represented by BlueShoe Nashville, such as the Hermitage Hotel and the downtown Hampton Inn & Suites, are entirely nonsmoking facilities.
Exclusions: You are purchasing a hotel lodging/ticket package only. No transportation, meals (unless specified), gratuities, parking fees, room service, or hotel incidentals are included in your package. You are responsible for all additional purchases and charges apart from your specified hotel/ticket package.
Seat Assignment: Seat assignments are based on the level or section of ticket purchased. We will forward any special request to the reservation department but no guarantees are made regarding actual seat assignments. It is impossible for us or any other vendor to guarantee specific seats.
Package Add-Ons: Please note that you may add extra nights or attractions to your package. After availability is confirmed with the hotel,BlueShoe Nashville will send a booking agreement to you showing the modified arrival/checkout dates, along with the dates and times of admission to any additional attractions (such as the Country Music Hall of Fame). If a balance remains on your package after such add-ons, you will be responsible for payment. Your package purchase is not complete until the signed booking agreement has been returned to BlueShoe Nashville and your package has been paid in full.
Ticket Pickup: Tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call at the performance venue. For the Grand Ole Opry, unless otherwise noted, the performance venue will be the Ryman Auditorium at 116 Fifth Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37219-2309 (phone number: 615-458-8700). The tickets will be held under the name of the person booking the online package; if you would like to submit a different name for pickup privileges, you'll need to notify BlueShoe Nashville in writing of the name change.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for Grand Ole Opry Hotel/Ticket packages may be made up to ten days prior to arrival date. Cancellations must be full order cancellations. Partial cancellations cannot be accepted. A cancellation fee of $75.00 USD per person will be assessed and is nonrefundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply if attractions other than the Grand Ole Opry were booked as part of your package. All cancellations must be made with BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) , not directly with individual suppliers. Cancellation requests should be made first by phone (615-383-3012) and then in writing and sent to: BlueShoe Nashville 1305 Clinton Street, Suite 120, Nashville, TN 37203. If you do not receive an acknowledgment on your cancellation, you should contact us immediately. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after cancellation has been confirmed by BlueShoe Nashville. Cancellations submitted within ten days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of the entire package price. Please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance if you feel cancellation is a possibility.
LIABILITY: In no event shall BlueShoe Nashville be responsible for any damages arising by reason of Customer's purchase or use of services, lodging, or attractions from BlueShoe Nashville or its affiliates. In all instances, BlueShoe Nashville's maximum aggregate liability to Customer arising by reason of this transaction shall be the amount paid by Customer to BlueShoe Nashville.
