2011 CMA Awards Show Ticket Packages
Coming November 9, 2011 to Nashville: the most glamorous and exciting night of the year for Country Music is the CMA Awards Show. Aired live on ABC, the 45th Annual CMA Awards Show offers one of the best opportunities to hear the biggest Country stars live and up close.
The 2011 CMA Awards Show will be the biggest night of the year for Country Music and you can be there in person for the gala event . . .
6:30 p.m. Nov. 8, 2011: We have Platinum! Eleventh-hour cancellation has freed up one hotel/ticket package for two for the CMA Awards Show on Nov. 9, 2011 at Bridgestone Arena. Packages features one night hotel (Nov. 9) at the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt in midtown Nashville and aisle seats 1 & 2 in Platinum Section 104 Row E. SOLD OUT.
Oct. 10, 2011: We have one remaining Bronze level hotel/ticket package for the CMA Awards Show. It's for two people at the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt in midtown (approximately 1 mile from Bridgestone Arena) and features Bronze level tickets with seats in Section 328 Row D. Package include complimentary tickets to the Country Christmas Show on Nov. 10 at Bridgestone Arena.
Sept. 24, 2011: The CMA has graciously restocked our inventory with a few more Platinum Level tickets (Section 104). Platinum packages for two people are available at the Courtyard Marriott in downtown Nashville and at the Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt (one Platinum package remaining at the Hilton Garden). In addition, we have one Bronze Level (Section 328) package for two at the Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt. All packages include complimentary tickets (thanks again to the CMA) to the Country Christmas Show on Nov. 10 at Bridgestone Arena.
Sept. 17, 2011: Inventory alert! We have only a few remaining packages for the CMA Awards Show at the Courtyard Marriott downtown (located within easy walking distance of Bridgestone Arena). Packages feature 2 nights hotel (Nov. 8 & 9, 2011), Platinum, Gold, or Silver tickets to the CMA Awards Show on Wed., Nov. 9, complimentary tickets to the CMA Country Christmas Show on Nov. 10, breakfast, and tax.
Sept. 13, 2011: The CMA has announced that the taping of the 2011 CMA Country Christmas will be held in Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 10 (the day after the CMA Awards Show) at 7:30 p.m. All BlueShoe CMA Awards Show clients will be given complimentary tickets by the CMA to this big event. Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles will be hosting the show; you can get a sense of the wonderful music you'll hear by looking at last year's lineup.

August 29, 2011: Next Tuesday (Sept. 6) on Good Morning America, The Band Perry and Jake Owen will announce the final nominees in five categories for the CMA Awards. Later that morning, Jerrod Niemann and Thompson Square will announce the finalists in seven CMA Awards categories from the Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville. See full CMA press release.
August 19, 2011: We've had several people call to inquire how long they have to book our CMA Awards Show packages. Based on sales in previous years, the downtown Courtyard Marriott packages tend to sell out first and do so before the end of August. The Hilton Garden and the Guesthouse Inn packages tend to sell out by the middle of September.
Regarding seat location: we will receive our seat assignments from the CMA after September 16. Last year our Platinum seats were in sections 104 and 105. Gold seats were in Section 119. Silver were in 202 and Bronze were in 304. We don't know if we'll receive the same sections for the 2011 Show or not. You can see a seating diagram for Bridgestone arena here: Seating Chart
August 17, 2011: Hotel/Ticket packages go on sale today at 2 p.m. Central Time. You can book your package from this page. Please scroll down and find the hotel of your choice (Courtyard Marriott, Guesthouse Inn, Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt) and click on the blue BOOK NOW button. When the booking page launches, you'll see a calendar with one date highlighted (Nov. 8, 2011). Please click on the Nov. 8 square (this is the arrival date at your hotel) and a number of options will be opened in a separate window. Select the option you'd like (for example, Platinum Level for Two People at the Couryard Marriott) and proceed with your booking. Packages are for two nights hotel (arrival on Nov. 8 and checkout on Nov. 10, 2011). The 2011 CMA Awards Show takes place Wednesday night, Nov. 9, 2011 at Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville.
Seat Assignment: Seat assignments are based on the level of ticket purchased (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze). The CMA will notify BlueShoe Nashville of our precise seat locations in the middle of September and BlueShoe Nashville will in turn notify clients of their seat location via email. You can view a seating chart here (please note that the diagram is from the 2010 CMA Awards Show. We have not yet been given a 2011 diagram from the CMA).
Hotel reservations/confirmations: your hotel confirmation, along with more information regarding your hotel and Nashville will be sent to you in October 2011 via email.
Your CMA Awards Show tickets will be waiting for you when you check into your hotel on Nov. 8, 2011. You'll be required to sign for them.
August 12, 2011: Hotel/Ticket packages go on sale here on Wed., Aug. 17 at 2 p.m. Central Time!
The CMA Awards Show is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011 and will be aired live on ABC from the Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville. BlueShoe Nashville will be offering two-night packages (arrival on Tues., Nov. 8 and checkout on Thurs., Nov. 10, 2011) at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown, the Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt in Midtown, and the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt in Midtown Nashville. Ticket packages will be available for Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels.

Any attempt to transfer or re-sell the tickets for a price higher than the original purchase price are strictly prohibited. Tickets may not be used as a prize or gift in any contest, drawing, auction, giveaway, or promotion or make any promotional, commercial, advertising or other trade use of the ticket without the prior express written consent of CMA. All current and future ticket privileges will be revoked and bearers of the tickets will be deemed as trespassers. CMA reserves all legal rights and remedies.
