Important notice: CMA Awards 2010 Ticket Policy
CMA Awards 2010 Show tickets included in these packages are a part of a hotel/ticket package and are non-transferable. Tickets cannot be sold individually. Any attempt to transfer or re-sell the tickets for a price higher than the original purchase price are strictly prohibited. Tickets may not be used as a prize or gift in any contest, drawing, auction, giveaway, or promotion or make any promotional, commercial, advertising or other trade use of the ticket without the prior express written consent of CMA. All current and future ticket privileges will be revoked and bearers of the tickets will be deemed as trespassers. CMA reserves all legal rights and remedies. Your purchase of a CMA Award Show hotel/ticket package from BlueShoe Nashville is evidence of your agreement to comply with the foregoing terms and conditions.
What's included in your package: 2010 CMA Awards Show Packages feature two nights hotel (arrival on Nov. 9, 2010 and checkout on Nov. 11, 2010) and CMA Awards Show tickets for the Nov. 10, 2010 event at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. Breakfast at the hotel and all applicable sale tax is included in your package price. Tickets will be waiting for you at the hotel at checkin and will be released to you upon signature of your receipt.
Exclusions: You are purchasing a hotel lodging/ticket package only. No transportation, meals (unless specified), gratuities, parking fees, room service, or hotel incidentals are included in your package. You are responsible for all additional purchases and charges apart from your specified hotel/ticket package. Tickets to the Awards Show post party event are not included.
Booking Online: When you book online, a receipt for payment and booking confirmation will be sent to your email for your package purchase. Payment in full is due at the time of purchase. BlueShoe Nashville will follow up with more information, including a September notification of seat assignment and an October hotel confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: You have until 5 p.m., Sept. 23, 2010 to cancel your package purchase; cancellation by that date will result in a refund of the total amount paid to date minus the nonrefundable deposit according to the following package level: $500 per person for Platinum Level tickets, $400 per person for Gold Level Tickets, $250 per person for Silver Level Tickets, and $150 per person for Bronze Level Tickets.
After Sept. 23, 2010, the entire cost of the package is nonrefundable and all monies collected are nonrefundable. BlueShoe Nashville recommends you consider purchasing independent traveler’s cancellation insurance from an outside vendor if you believe your travel plans may change.
Cancellation requests for CMA Awards Show 2010 Hotel/Ticket packages must be made by phone (615-383-3012) no later than Thursday, Sept. 23, 2010, 5 p.m. Central Time. If you do not receive an acknowledgment on your cancellation, you should contact us immediately. Refunds (minus the nonrefundable deposit) will be issued within 30 days after cancellation has been confirmed by BlueShoe Nashville.
Seat Assignment: Seat assignments are based on the level or section of ticket purchased (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze). The CMA will notify BlueShoe Nashville of its precise seat location in the middle of September and BlueShoe Nashville will in turn notify clients of their seat location via email or fax.
Hotel reservations/confirmations: your hotel confirmation, along with more information regarding your hotel and Nashville will be sent to clients in October 2010 via email or fax.
Please note that many of the hotels represented by BlueShoe Nashville are entirely nonsmoking facilities. Parking fees are not included in your package; if a hotel or any attraction venue charges for parking, you will be responsible for payment directly to the hotel or attraction venue.
LIABILITY: In no event shall BlueShoe Nashville be responsible for any damages arising by reason of Customer's purchase or use of services, lodging, or attractions from BlueShoe Nashville or its affiliates. In all instances, BlueShoe Nashville's maximum aggregate liability to Customer arising by reason of this transaction shall be the amount paid by Customer to BlueShoe Nashville.
